Who can submit a report?
Any signed-in community member can submit a concern or improvement idea. You can review the status and public team response here.
How do I describe the size of the problem?
Choose the smallest scope that accurately describes who is affected: individual, household, neighborhood, town or district, province or state, national, regional, or global.
Who can see my report?
Your report is private to your account and the authorized CDEIS admin and improvement team. It is not published as a community status. Avoid entering names, exact addresses, or sensitive personal details.
What happens after I submit?
The team reviews reports, groups related concerns, sets a work status, and may post an update for you. Submission does not guarantee funding, a timeline, or a particular outcome.
Can I report an emergency?
This is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or relevant local authority directly.
